An excellant mix for waterways or areas prone to significant erosion. Contains Kentucky 31 tall fescue and perennial ryegrass. K-31 contains an endophyte and should not be used for livestock feed. Nothing is more durable than K-31 tall fescue. This makes it a great choice for very high traffic areas as well as parking areas.
Seeding rates vary from 65-75 lbs per acre.
