The information we gather is used to process your order and to improve our customers' shopping experience. We do not sell, share, trade, or rent any information collected from this site to outside companies or third parties.
 
Every time you place an order, your information is protected on our secure server. We use industry standard SSL technology to securely encrypt all your personal data including your name, address, credit card number, and e-mail address. Our SSL certificate ensures that this data cannot be read as it travels over the internet. To use our secure checkout system, you will need to have a web browser that supports SSL. Your personal information is only used in processing your order, and is not stored on our web servers.

Customer Satisfaction
 
Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Rohrer Seeds. As a result, we will do our best to make sure you receive your order in a safe and timely manner. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason please let us know and we will refund your money or provide replacement seed.  This guarantee is valid for up to one year from the time of your purchase.  Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item being replaced.

Payments

Credit cards are the only form of payment accepted for internet orders.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped or within 30 days of when your order was placed.

Shipping

Seed orders are shipped by UPS Ground service within a few days of receiving your order.  You may receive more than one shipment due to the availability of some products.  Live plants are only available in April and seed potatoes are available starting March 1st.  We do not ship outside the continental United States.
We offer free shipping for orders over $150.00.  All shipments under $150.00 are calculated based on UPS Ground service.  If you desire a different method of shipment, please contact us regarding your order

Sales Tax

6% for orders shipped to a Pennsylvania address or for orders picked up at our store.
